2009 Schedule

GHRC is offering six sessions of Red Cross Certified swimming lessons. The classes meet daily, Monday - Thursday, weather permitting. Make up classes available Fridays. Red Cross certificates will be issued by the instructor to all swimmers at the completion of the course. Each class will consist of no less than 4 and no more than 7 swimmers.

American Red Cross Learn To Swim Program

GHRC provides many different opportunities for learning how to swim. Whether you want to improve your strokes, or you need to learn how to float, your needs can be met through our Learn to Swim Program.

Based on the American Red Cross Learn To Swim Program, our certified Water Safety Instructors provide both group and private swimming instruction for children and adults. Swimming lessons are available in Red Cross levels ranging from 1-7.
