Mike Andrews
My name is Michael Andrews and I was born and raised here on Galveston Island.
My passion and overall love for fitness and nutrition came at a very young age, and I have been strength training since the age of 17. My personal training certification is through AFPA, I am certified in Red Cross CPR & First Aid, and have obtained an insurmountable amount of hands-on knowledge while working at Gold's Gym and now at Galveston Health & Racquet Club. I am currently obtaining a degree in criminal justice and am also enrolled in the Galveston College Police Academy.
Helping others to pursue a healthier lifestyle and succeed at their goals is not only rewarding; I feel it is a passion and my calling in life.

Genesis Guajardo
Genesis graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree in Science from Stephen F. Austin State University in May 2010. She majored in Kinesiology and minored in Biology. She is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified Health Fitness Specialist, and a First Line Therapy certified lifestyle educator. “I have experience in kettle bell training for those who are looking for something new and innovative in their workout routine. I have lived in Galveston and have been consistently involved in exercise all my life. Having been raised in the sport of gymnastics, strength and endurance training are key prerequisites to success. I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years, as well as a volleyball player from middle school through college, so I personally know the hardship involved in competitive sports and pushing oneself to the next level that of “winning”!
I named my business “Fitness Done right” so anyone will know what my priority is.
I will design an exercise program specifically for you so you can reach or even exceed your goals, and I promise to be there every step of the way to motivate, empower, and inspire you! My goal is to help you obtain a healthier you, and to influence you to make permanent lifestyle changes.”

Tom Gamelin
I’m a native of Vermont and moved to Galveston after hurricane Ike in 2008. I started training in my early twenties and received my personal trainer certification in 2004 from National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), along with a second certification in Nutrition and Weight Management. My philosophy on training is this: Each person has their own goals; as a personal trainer, I will design a program where education and hands-on training teach you how to go about reaching those goals. In doing this, you will learn how to use the appropriate equipment in the gym along with proper nutrition. I believe every one has the ability to reach whatever goals they set for themselves, and with the right nutrition and educational training, there is no reason you can’t succeed! So stop procrastinating and allow me or one of the other qualified personal trainers get you started today!
