It's not aerobics — it's a weights workout for the aerobics studio. BodyPUMP is a complete athletic workout that strengthens, tones, and defines muscle like nothing else. BODY SCULPTING
Body sculpting/conditioning is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using just one set of 5-pound (each) dumbbells. Body sculpting/conditioning is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. Body sculpting/conditioning is highly recommended to those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism. Any fitness level can benefit. Our weight training exercises are easy-to-learn and are performed stationary, having no impact on the joints — unlike aerobics and dance-type workouts. back to top |

SPIN

PILATES
Designed to enhance muscle strength and length, and to improve posture, flexibility, & physical awareness. Great for stress reduction! Appropriate for all fitness levels. The focus of this course is to familiarize participants with the Pilates mat work with thorough instruction of the Pilates principals and beginning level exercises. Essential exercises that target the core muscles of the abdomen and back will be presented. Preparatory exercises will build a base of strength and flexibility necessary to progress to a higher degree of body awareness.
